We stand behind the quality of every meal we ship. Here’s how we handle delivery concerns fairly and promptly.

Return & Refund Policy (Effective October 2025)

At Iron Dog Raw, we take pride in delivering premium, fresh, and safe raw nutrition for your dog. Because our products are perishable, all sales are final and non-returnable once shipped.


Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis under specific circumstances, such as:

  • Orders lost or confirmed as undeliverable by the carrier.
  • Packages that arrive significantly damaged or compromised due to transit issues.

If tracking shows your package was not delivered by the end of the fifth business day after shipment, please contact us — a full refund or replacement may be issued once verified with the carrier.


Shipping Timelines & Expectations

Our frozen orders ship Monday through Thursday, typically arriving within 1–3 business days, and up to 4 business days for select regions (including parts of the West Coast).
Freeze-dried products ship Monday through Friday.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Iron Dog Raw is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.


Carrier Holds & Reroutes (Important)

Once an order leaves our facility and is in the possession of the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.), it is no longer within our control.

If a customer contacts the carrier directly to request a hold, reroute, delivery change, or any modification to the shipment, Iron Dog Raw is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur as a result.

If you need your order held or rerouted, please contact us prior to shipment, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order has shipped, any carrier-initiated changes fall outside of our responsibility.


Reporting Issues

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@irondograw.com with supporting photos.

This allows our team to document and investigate the issue promptly with our fulfillment and carrier partners.

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not qualify for a refund or credit.


Product-Specific Policy

This policy applies specifically to our frozen raw products.
Our freeze-dried raw dog food follows a separate policy due to its non-perishable nature.
