Delivery Speeds

Faster Delivery, Less Waiting → Most customers will now receive packages in 1–4 days, depending on location.

California Customers → Depending on where you’re located, deliveries may arrive on the 3rd or 4th transit day.

Weekend Reminder → If you’re in a 3–5 day shipping zone and your order leaves on Thursday, expect arrival the following Monday or Tuesday (FedEx does not move packages over weekends).

Important Shipping Policy

Packages may still be delayed by weather, mechanical issues, or FedEx/UPS slowdowns.

As long as your package arrives within 5 business days and is at refrigerated temperature or below, it is safe to feed.

Refunds will not be issued for packages arriving within this 5-day safe-to-feed window.

Refunds are only issued if delivery happens on the 6th business day or later..
