Shipping and handling

  • Shipping Cost

    • Shipping charges for all orders are $20-$30 per case to most states depending on location.
    • Please be advised shipping rates may vary weekly based on carrier rates.

  • Shipping schedule

    • We ship our fresh, frozen dog food on Mondays via UPS and FedEx. 

     

    • Orders must be placed before 10am on Monday (EST) to be shipped that Monday.

     

    • Any orders received after 10am on Monday (EST)will ship the following Monday.

     

    • We take the guess work out of shipping for you by offering auto-delivery subscriptions. Just sign up once, and we'll deliver your order on the schedule you choose.

     

    • If a holiday lands any time during the week, we will still plan shipping that week. Shipments may either leave on Tuesday as a result of the holiday being Monday or take an extra day to arrive if shipped on a Monday and the holiday is midweek (July 4th).

  • Packaging & Serving

    • All items will be shipped frozen and securely packed. Upon receiving your order, just freeze any items you do not intend to use right away.

     

    • If any products arrive thawed or in the process of defrosting, rest assured that this is completely safe! There is no need to be concerned or alarmed. It is safe to thaw and refreeze pet food.

     

    • When you are prepared to feed your dog, take the package out of the freezer a day before serving, allow it to thaw, and then serve!

Refund policy

Our products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their perishable nature. All sales are final.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Shipments are dispatched exclusively on Mondays. If the tracking information indicates that a package has not reached its destination by the end of Friday, a full refund will be issued. To request a refund, please get in touch with us.
